I have a whitetail cape with freezer burned ear tips, when I turned the ears the skin was so dry and thin i was not able to open them all the way without tearing the whole end of the ear up. All the skin is still there and connected, but in pieces. what is the best way to fix this? I have pathced small holes before with drier sheets and crazy glue. should I try this on such a big mess?

yes you can' or you can do a lot of sowing if you sow it try using a small needle and small stiching,just take your time.
the next time you get frezer burn you can eject some salt water in the burn spot's i even used windex window cleaner.
