I checked the archives and could not seem to find what I need. About how much paint do you go through on a fish? An average size fish like a bass. How long will one ounce of paint last? How many fish could I do with that much paint? thanks for your time

The amount I use verse what someone else will use varies. It depends on the size of the fish, what depth of color you are trying to achieve and how well you undestand paint. I can get better light refraction from 1/4 color cup of sparkling white pearl than say George can. thats because of the way I apply the colors. Many colors I only use a few drops of on a fish, so one ounce may last two years.

See what I am talking about.

Thanks
