What's a good tanning agent for doing pelts. I've been using Lutan-F and i don't personally like it for pelts.

I have been using para tan to tan most of my pelts.I am also going to be trying others.If you flesh everything really good then para tan will do a great job.
Could you guys explain to me what is the difference between a pelt and a cape or skin? I haven't seen anyone use this term here. Thanks.
A pelt, is when you case skin the animal, AKA tube skin it and then hang it up on the wall fa show. Just the skin and the fur in all it's glory no forms attached. A cape on the other hand would be like a deer with a Y incision or something like that and you're going to use it for an animal mount. I hope this kinda helps.
