One more question what will I have to do to establish a name for my taxidermy business?

If it's your name in the title, you have to do nothing, but if you plan on using a "ficticious name" like Dead Things, then you'll have to register it with them so that you are sure no one else is using it and no one else WILL use it down the road. If you're in a big city, it may well apply to them and you might need to go there as well.

Sorry,Just butting in here,Another Idea is to pick a name that starts with an "A". If you are going to be in the phone book, you may want to be the first alphabetically. Advanced Taxidermy, ect. Or use a "B" name. Think of many names and write them down, collect them over three or four weeks, then decide. I changed my business name after a few months, just had to call the State and talk to the right person, then they mailed me my new licence.

I'd NEVER do that

I get enough drunks calling at midnight already. As Mr. T said, your "A" name will come first under "TAXIDERMISTS" which means it comes right after the last name listed for "TAXICABS". Been there, done that. Let the answering machine catch everything after dark.
