I just finsihed my first coyote mount and I got hide paste ALL OVER the back of hide in the hair, the hair is knotted and the hide paste is thick. I have looked through the archives and it has been recommended to use mineral water but it sound more like that's more for a little hide paste in the hair. Don't ask how I got hide paste all over ... it's still a blurr. Thanks for your help! Asher

Let us know what hidepaste you used....there are too many to guess which one you used.
Minogue's Super Stick ... I bought it online (e-bay) about a month ago. It holds very well as far as holding the hide it just doesn't come off the hair and is very fast drying. The directions state that you can clean off glue with minerals spirits or soap and water, tried both with not come off the hair. If it's too late for this mount does anyone have a favorite that they use?
