need precision on euro mount, see what i got

ok, i had many different answers about the difference between euro mount and skull mount
1. some said that they are both the same

2. some said that they are the same except euro mount is mounted with a plaque while skull mounts arent

3. some say that euro mount is the skull and antlers while skull mount is the skull alone

4. and someone said that one of the two takes the whole upper skull while the other dont

then who am i to believe ? lol i need more explanations please

One is mounted in the great U.S.of A.,the other is mounted in Europe, that one was easy! LOL
