..are most likely "Hot"; red & orange- ground and neutral; here's a page to read. Hopefully a pro can confirm. http://www.homewiringandmore.com/switchoutlet/terms.html
There are way too many variables to be able to say exactly which is which. Is it a variable speed motor? 110 volt single phase? Where were the wires hooked to to begin with? How was it getting power to begin with? Does it have a switch? What type of blower was it? Sometimes black is "hot" and the ground or gfci is green/white.
Your best bet is to find the schematics, they should be on the motor or inside the circuit box cover or on the blower housing. Many motors have wiring diagrams that allow you to make it 110 or 220 and also to make it turn clockwise or counterclockwise. If the wires are not numbered or lettered than this motor wasn't designed for that.
I don't know how much you know so i don't mean to "talk down to you" but if you are not experienced with it don't mess with it, you could start a fire or hurt yourself.
Hook them all together and let her rip!

I am one. Call one, giving out this info. to you and you doing it wrong and getting hurt or worse has lawsuit stained all over it. Sorry.
Look at the markings on the engine....there should be some sort or company name, model #, serial #, something. Once you find that, go to the companys web site, or to google and search for the model or serial #. I have a 1/4hp that I did the same thing on and found the info in less that 20 mins.
