help needed to repair bobcat

I have a bobcat in need of repair. Skin is coming loose on a couple of the legs and the rats have chewed on his ears. Also, what is the proper way to attach him to a mount? I know NOTHING about taxidermy, btw. All help will be appreciated. He will be a beauty when restored.
