low and behold my 1st taxidermy job is a fullmount beaver and a hoop beaver. basically looking for reference pics can't seem to find too many. any one know where i can get some nice snapshots of beavers in action like gnawing on wood? thanks.

if you type in "beaver pictures" in google search that ought to bring up some good pictures for you. Also do a search on Yahoo and AOL if you can. Good results.
Another option is to order the book on rodents from Breakthrough. It has some nice close up shots of beaver in there.
