Hi. I purchase whole freshly killed rabbits to use as dog food. I always cut head, feet and pelt off before feeding them, and recently, I've been getting some large really pretty pelts off of the rabbits. Of the six rabbits I went through this week, I got four really unusual colored beauties. I would like to tan these so that I can keep them, but I am clueless. A friend of mine also asked for the skulls of a few of the rabbits, and I am trying to get information on cleaning and bleaching skulls. I'm hoplessly new at this, and I have the four pelts that I skinned last night wrapped in plastic and frozen until I can figure out what to do with them. Is it too late for them? Any information would be really helpful. Thanks!feel free to email.

To your left is a search button "ORANGE BUTTON" hit that and type in tanning rabbit hides. And then type in the best way to clean and bleach a skull. All the information you'll need is there.
