A buddy grew an Oregon bighorn tag. and I will be on the mountain with him to skin it out. I would like some advise on the best way to skin out a bighorn in the field. thanks jake

I need to get on of those trees! Sorry.....just never saw a tag tree.
The "easiest" is the dorsal cut, but it would depend on the pose you pick. If it were lying down or in some pose where the belly wouldn't be that visible, I'd use the ventral cut. If you use the dorsal, be VERY CAREFUL not to cut hairs around the incision.
