Hey I am just starting out and need help with a disclaimer. I wondered what or where I could find some info. I basically need something that will cover my but in case of disaster or fire or something. Any ideas would be appreciated. Also how much deposit is a good rule of thumb? What about insurance? Do I need it? Where do I get it from? Any info would be appreciated as I am a newbie. Thx in advance!

A 50% deposit is an average, yes you should get insurance, and get it from a higher grade of insurance company, like Hartford. As far as your disclaimer, make sure you know what is law in your state, before you even write one. Make sure what you say you can do by law. Remember your contract is protection for you, but it also protects the customer too.
