and then use screwdriver to scrape off or if you have a dremel tool it will grind it off pronto
...I filled up a bucket with enough water to cover the hair on the skull plate, added a handful of salt to it, and a little dish detergent and let it soak overnight. Then I came back the next day and took a knife and a pair of pliers and pulled and cut the skin off, and scraped it down to the bone, scraping off any remaining dried flesh. I then gave the antlers a good scrubbing and rubbed a coat of borax over the skull plate and hung them up to dry out.
