Can Super Safety Solvent [degreaser] and Bactericide be mixed and used in one process? If it can what amount of each per gallon of water for a bear?

I use a mixture of Basycril and Kemal 4. It works realy well. Depending on what you are degreasing. I use 1 to 2 caps per gallon of each.
