Alright, In my haste to get started fleshing out my deer cape, I forgot to take any measurements before I skinned the dang thing out. Apparently my brain was shut off. How would I go about taking an accurate nose to eye measurement with the cape already off the head?

Lay the hide out and measure it after you tan it.
