I fleshed a coyote to be sent off to a tannery.
I did not remove the ear cartilage. Do I need to?
To send to a tannery you just ship frozen?

You should call the tannery and find out how they want it. All the stuff I send is going to have the cartilage in and will be salt dried. I believe the tannery will require that.
At very least the coyote should be turned . Most of us turn salt and send off or tan in house . Cartilage removal comes later when its time to set earliners.You were not to specific in your post on whether you had done the proper prep work to be "sent off" . Dont forget to split tail also .
