head to small

I have a bobcat that i am making into a rug, but all the rug shell heads are to big because it is a tiny cat. What should I do? any help appreciated.

Find a lifesize or half life size form that fits then ...

call that supplier. Tell them that you need the head for that manakin poured. The will work with you and send you just that part. It might cost a little more than just the rug shell, but it'll be cheaper than a lifesize.
