I am brand new at this fish repro thing and I was wondering if anyone had or knew where to find some cheap or discarded fiberglass fish that would be good for practicing on. If you have any suggestions, please email me.

Go to ebay, plenty of cheap repos there, and just paint over it white and have at it.
Folks who produce fiberglass or other replicas have few discards. They usually repair any mistakes and move the finished product out to customers. Now and then they do blow a blank.......er.....ah.....at least I do, but that too is salvaged in one way or another.
"Cheap" is in the eye of the buyer. Personally, I think most repros are reasonably priced. Some are not, but screw those guys. Maybe Ebay has something, I dunno. My advice is to buy a blank from a reputable supplier, even if you have to save up for it.
