A friend of mine gave me his deer to practice on he was just wanting to have a head mount not the whole neck mount. Is their a form I can get like this or do I have to get the head and neck mount one and cut the neck in half?

john rinehart catalog has a neck mannikin.
Some suppliers offer short neck forms. You will have to search their web sites or catalogs to locate the one you need.
If you just want the head and NO neck at all use a replacement head form! I dont know how that would look but to each his own.
