After boiling and cleaning the meat from the skull, What is the best way to clean the black from the teeth. and I need to know the best way to bleach it white and one other questions, What can be put on the skull after bleaching to give it the high gloss look that shines

Those teeth will clean up nice with a brush on a dremmel rotary tool. a 3% hydrogen peroxide bath will whiten it up nicely. Just keep thje peroxide off the antler. Check the archives. TONS of great info in there.
