I live in the Canadian Arctic and Just got my hands on some recently collected polar bera claws. Some meat and cartilidge still remain and I was wondering how I should go about cleaning them without doing any damage to them.
I have been boiling them in water to trey to losen up the meat, and then cut it off with a knife, but it is proving mroe taxing then orignally ancticipated.
Any ideas?
