I just completed a gray fox using McKenzie's mantel form. The customer wants to set it on a shelf with no habitat connected to it, just background greenery. What would be a good position for the tail? Should I curl it or leave it straight? Will appreciate timely ideas from those who have "gone before."

That particular form depicts a grey fox in a fully relaxed position. Just like a live fox, the tail would simply hang limp. Send my an email and I'll send you a picture of one I did a few months back so you can see for yourself.
