Boil the real head and then resculpt the detail in the bones and use only it in the mount. Fill the weasel skin with polyfil pillow fill. Then when you install it into the coyote's mouth, it will fit no matter where you place it.
Use the skull and rebuild it and stuff it with Balsa wood sawdust. You can get it from Hide and Beak supply for about 6 bucks a bag.One bag should do it.Just stuff and pose it as you go. It packs real good and tight. I do all my squirrels and real small animals of that size that way and they fit any piece of driftwood I want to put it on. I can mount 5 or 6 squirrels out of one bag. I use support wires from the skull through the tail then one in the front leg and out the other then the back legs the same way.
