I have a turkey in the freezer, that has been in there for awhile. I was wondering how long is too long for a turkey to in the freezer. Finally worked up the nerve to try and mount him, but wanna know if it's too late. One has been in there about 2 years, and the other only a few months, they are frozen whole. Thanks!

If they were double bagged, at least one is good.

Do the one that was frozen for the shortest period of time first. Then when you are ready pull out the other. You may notice the second one might be stiffer in the toes, wings etc. If so use a syringe with water and inject into these areas, wherever neccessary. this will quickly rehydrate any and all freezer burnt parts. Making these areas adequately workable. As long as it has been frozen its fine. After all have fun and learn from it.
