Then search on "how to flesh", then "salting a hide" then "pickle" then "tanning",
Well as you will see, there is a lot to learn before you even get to mounting. Check out this web sites store and look into buying a video on skinning, fleshing and tanning, then a video on mounting.
You can put the critter in the freezer for now until you learn the process, don't rush it, and take the time to learn it.
You purchasing videos is a lot better than someone trying to guide you step by step with a keyboard.
