Which is best, fleshing with a knife & beam, or using a commercial flesher like the dakota? I know the cost is quite a bit diffrent. but i am just starting in the taxidermy industry. any info would be helpful.

That best thing again, well j. milligan, with lots of practice and sweat, a knife and beam in front of the right person can do a nice job. And with a days practice, the right person on a fleshing machine will do a very good job. The difference is that of a push mower vs. a riding mower. They both cut grass, but if the lawn is real big, you get the picture.
