Critter clay

Is it OK to use critter clay for all the detail work on a deer. Eyes, ears, and skull plate. Do I need to use different clays or epoxy's on a certain part of the deer. I've read alot of post on critter clay, but alot of them were old. Want to know what most of the guys and gals are using today.
Thanks

But the cost factor is high. This is why we state use a differet clay cause of the cost. It's your choice.

Critter Clay when setting my eyes and a roll on the bottom lip of mannikin. Other clay as filler on head and earbuts.

I use potters clay for all my work. It's less expensive and is easier for me to work with. I have used Critter Clay in the past, but I don't like it.
