I'm going to be buying the seven booklets "Serious Sportsman
Taxidermy for Beginners" from WASCO. Was wondering if anyone has ever had these books or know someone who does and what your opinion is on them. I know just about nothing about taxidermy and thought these books would be a good place to start.

i have the books and is very good would sugest geting them on tape if you can the tape has more details i just got the squirrel tape and it i much better than the book but the books have lots of info in them
and for videos I liked Sallie Dahmes A to Z Breakthrough video the best. I also have Dennis Behn WT mounting basics and the WT Finishing Basics and one other by Pete Gierke. I have learned somthing from each video.
It's good to hear that these booklets will be good for me to get. I would like the movies but there way out of my price range. Does anyone know around how much it wil be to ship these booklets to Ontario, Canada?
Ordered the booklets from WASCO today. Can;t wait for them to arrive now. Live in Canada though so shipping could take a while.
