My friend, get off your ass and do some good physical hard work, get some medication, counseling, and the love of a good woman who will have you - that's about all that will save you. You obviously have too much time on your hands - time you spend worrying, making up things, spinning it all around in your head and pretending fantasies are real.
To get real-volunteer at an old folk's home, take care of Grandma, go fishing with Grandpa, and treat your parents, cousins, children, wife,sister,stepkids, and whole family better.
Paint someone's house. Buy food for the poor. Get off your ass and repair the widowed lady next door's porch-or car-or roof-and don't think anyone is obligated to you, cause you did for them.
It is your obligation if you want to be a real man and a real asset to your family and to the community, and someone who can look at himself in the mirror and be clear-eyed.
Keep youself busy doing chores - you won't have time to buy into the bullcrap, lies, and delusions that people spin. You might even find true happiness through regularly practicing kindness and generosity.
But I am not that religious-I think God is outside of churches as well as in them. Thank God my spouse is a Bible believing Baptist and prays for my soul regularly. Of course you know to put the wife first and the kids too.
