Question for John C

regarding Krowtann and squirrels. When you skin out a squirrel, do you place it directly into Krowtann for a couple days and than remove and flesh or do you flesh it before it enters the Krowtann?

I'm sure that I read this in the archives posted by you, just trying to clarify that's the way you do it...

Split it our and straight into the KT.

Run a cotton sting thru the tail to wick KT into it.

Turn the ears as far as you can, split the lips, I use tweezers to hold them against the bench and put in the KT the next day I flesh and finish turning.

Using an optical magnifier may help.
