I made a stupid mistake, i got a big antelope in this year and i mounted it as usual, but then i realized i should have made a reproduction of it, i talked to another taxidermist and they said cover it with 100% silicone let dry and make a cut the length of it and peel it off, well sounds easy, but it came the time to peel off and it never peeled and it came off in chunks, what is the best way to do it, when it is already mounted on the animal, and the customer is going to pick it up in a few weeks
any help will be greatly appreciated
