While fleashing a deers face, I cut a round hole almost dime size on a 1/2 frozen muzzel. The HOLE is about an inch back behind nostril. I have fixed a bunch of bullet holes before, but what about that perfectly round hole on that short haired muzzel?
Any ideas?

If you didn't cut a huge chunk out cut a patch of thin hide from some where else or from extra lip skin piece it back together and zap-a-gap it / superglue. Or sew it up using small stiches on the skin side with some light poundage fishing line or dental floss and a small needle. The fishingline you can melt away with a hot fine tipped soldering iron after the mount has dried just gentle touch it. I think we all have made a knife mishap or two. Let me know if that works for you.
