Do you have to be a member of a taxidermy association to be able to get into the World Show in IL? I am a beginner and I am wanting to see other works and visit with suppliers. Thanks.

All you have to do is pay the registration fee like everyone else. I think that they have one day registration, but I'm not sure. The competition are will be open to the public for an admission fee, but that won't get you into the trade show or seminars.
Entry to view the mounts is $5 per person. To enter the trade show is $10. No registration is needed but that wont get you into the seminars.
All the above is correct but you can not walk off the street and get into the suppliers area. Just pay the fee (I think there is a one day fee) go the seminars of your choice, they really are great and you will learn a lot(so take plenty of paper and several pens or pencils, and a camera if possible). Especially try to see Lou Gaglianos seminar. He is the best there is. You can't go wrong if you sit in on his seminar. It is well worth the money. Good luck and have fun
