i nned advice baddly

i mounted a deer for a show,

now i realize i have wave's and bump's in the back side of my ear's
?how can i correct this problem my deer is already mounted a nd i can't take him back a part.

any help or suggestion's

did you use hide paste? Or epoxy to glue the ears, or bondo?

i used bondo the deer was mountedabout 1 week.

You used bondo. Sounds like you didn't do a good enough job of smoothing it out with your hands as it dries. You might have thought you did, but when you got done, if you let it set up without checking it constantly then it slipped, ran, droooped, whatever, and now its that way to stay unless you take the mount apart and pull that bondo out and try again. Sorry. Nothing to cover that up that I know.
