OK I've checked the archives but need a little help. Turkey season is upon us and I haven't yet bought the Breakthrough Manuals. I'm going to Piedmont Course and am planning on buying stuff from vendors while there. I will be harvesting a turkey or two this spring (God willing) and need to know the best way to skin them before freezing for mounting later. Can someone give me a brief summary of best skinning methods for standing turkey mounts. Thanks.

I cut around the legs at the feather line. I then cut up the back side of the leg and continue 2" in front of the vent down the backside of the other leg. I remove the legs and process them seperately.
