What are the pros and cons of both a double and single action airbrush? Any brands to stay away from? The Azteks look real simple, are they any good?

The best ones cost you some bucks. The cheap ones are ,,,,, well just plain cheap. You get just what you pay for, and exactly what you don't pay for. I bought a $50 kit from Paasch, double action and I learned on it. It was like riding a bike with the handlebars loose. I didn't want to pay the price for an Iwata. That is why I went the cheap way.
Then I bought an Iwata, what a Cadillac! I wasted my money on the cheap airbrush by not wanting to pay the higher price the first time around. Now I have two airbrushes, and I paid for two. But I will only use the Iwata now.
As far as single or double action goes, what ever you buy you will have to learn how to use it, and you will train yourself with what ever you get. I started on a double so I don't even notice or think about it. I like the double so I can shoot straight air without paint if I want to. The Japanese made Iwata is worth the money to me; great quality and others will back me up on this. And yet others will swear by their $39.95 plastic handled things and are happy with them. If they ever had an Iwata put in their hands, they would never go back.
I would like to start painting and I can buy a never been used Paasche AB and a dozen needles for 175 shipping included, Is this a good deal and is anywhere near as good as the Iwata?
