I am intersted to know what all you taxidermists charge for the following and the time it takes to do it (doing all the fleshing, tanning, mounting & final details).
Shoulder mount deer?
Antler mounth?
Bear rug per foot? (I know this will vary, as some tan their own and some send theirs away)
Half fighting mount bear?
Shoulder mount bear?
Moose head?
Elk head?
Moose/Elk horn mount?

Look up to the top of the page and you will see Taxidermists listed. Theres your prices. As for times everyone works at there own pace. Some days I can mount a deer head in about 4 hours. Thats mounting it. Tanning is another days work. It also has alot to do with repairs alterations and how easy things go together. There are many things that slow down the process or spead up the process. Just mount something and then you will know how long it takes you. Good luck.
