true pedestal form or a wall pedestal form? If it's a true pedestal form, you can purchase the wall bracket that WASCO sells. It has that ability to swivel from side to side and can be locked into place with a set screw. It's around $24.00. You can secure it to the area on the back of the form that a piece of wood is, once you place your felt or other finish material on the back of the form, and then secure it to the wall. If it's a pedestal form, you can either use just a wall hanger on the flat portion of the form or you can purchase a wall pedestal panel and attach the form to that.
