i'm an artist,Sculptor and painter, who some times uses stuffed, dyed, or painted, in my work. i haven't had any problems yet. have i lucky on my sells? i always have proper tags, and paperwork. is there a liecense required. thanks tim

Are you asking if you need to have a taxidermy license to sell you're art projects that may have a mounted animal used with them? Is this correct Tim?

There are some things that you just cannot sell, such as any federally protected animal or foul. Ducks for one thing. But if you bought these mounts to add to you're art, you shouldn't need a license. But you need to find an outdoors cop in you're state and ask him or her the rules first hand.
