How do you clean antler's that have been outside for over a year and are weathered green?

If they're turning green it is probably the begining of some type of moss growth. I'm sure they were stored or found in a damp shaded area. They can be cleaned by brushing on a strong bleach water solution. It's just like cleaning the green growth that is found growing on decks and wood siding. Bleach will kill the growth and the green color. Then rinse. After they dry they can be restained to restore the color.
