Throat Latch

At one time that was a big problem, trying to keep it attached. Well I gave up on trying to do this anymore. From now I just cut it away from the rays and reattach it when I mount it up. After the fish is dried I rebuild it with sculpt all and paint it up. This is an area you shouldn't worry about.
I have an Aztec also 2 double actions as a matter of fact. You don't say what your problems are. The only thing I can say it's probally the paint. You need to thin your paint with alchol, water, retarder. Thick paint is always a problem. Now your probally getting paint build up on the tip. I keep an old tooth brush handy that's wet with some water. When you see a build up of paint on the brush, take the tooth brush and brush it off. Then give it a quick full open spray and you right back in business.

thanks
