Beginners boo boo

Mounted a deer and forgot to stuff the ears for the drying time. Now the lower end of the ears have pulled away. Any way to fix this problem?

Stuff what? The bases with clay? The inside of the ear canal with tissue? What part of the ear exactly is pulling away from what?

The inside of the ear canal with tissue. The "V" part of the ear has pulled out and away from the liner.

Epo-Grip

I would try and rehydrate the ear and then inject some Epo-Grip two part paste under the skin. Or you could use Adhesive Caulk and do the same thing. But I would use the Epo-Grip.
