WoW! That was two fun filled days. Yeah right.....I think that it would take a small miracle for me to fall in love with doing turkeys. I do alot of deer during the year, and love small game, but this is my first go arround with a bird, and I think I tried the hardest one of them all first. Thanks,,, I Just thought I would vent for a minute after just getting fininshing my last touch up before bed. Have a good one

Turkeys aren't too bad

Once you get a system, turkeys aren't too bad. The worst part is the size and you just get used to that. Every one that you do will get easier and look better.

LMAO, I'm with Matt

After doing a few hundred of them, they should be pure ecstacy to me then I suppose. Like Matt, I just dread the thought of springtime and having to deal with those stupid things. Each year I raise my prices just a little more in hopes of running those customers away or at least making a bigger profit by sending them out to be done.

I've done my first turkey (strutting pose) using Cally Morris' method also, and I enjoyed mounting it and preening the feathers. As a matter of fact, I enjoyed mounting it more than the ducks (maybe because of the new challenge). The only hard part is bending the steel wires.
