mold

I was working on a whitetail deer a few days ago and now today when i took it out of the fridge to work on it, there was mold all over where i had already fleshed and where there was still fleshing to be done. I used the auto tanner and did it by the book. I fleshed it anyway and the mold appears to be gone but i am sure it is still there. What can I use to get rid of the mold? i also noticed that the ears hair is slipping on the inside of the ear. I figured stop rot would do the truck for that but is there something else that will work better? If I can save this deer it would be great. Please let me know how i can save it.
