I have been offered a rawhide fleshing machine that is around 12-15 years old it comes with 3 blades he wants 300.00 for it has not been used for about a year.The guy that bought it from a retired taxidermist didn't use it but about three times I have not seen the machine but he says it is in good condition.My question is do you think this is a good investment? I have a dakota 4 just wondering what ya think is this a good deal? Thanks ED

The Fur Dresser retails for about $1200 while the Taxidermy model is $800. Sounds like a great deal to me and if you're comparing it to the Dakota, that's like comparing a Chevy with a Lexus.
