i sell a lot on ebay and have started (in the last 3 months) shipping all of my usa pkgs by dhl - wow! i routinely get 2 day shipments to new york (im in illinois) and even had 1 shipment get to california overnite - i always ship ground (cheapest)- this is remarkable

I am in the same boat, I started with DHL and have been very happy. Fed Ex would be my next choice, UPS would be at the very bottom.
They have broken everything I have sent or received. Every time. They have cost me alot of cash!
