First is why did you post 3 times? Second, can you mount a cow? A moose? An elk? A sheep? Well, if any of those answers is "yes" then you use the same procedures on an Asian water buffalo. It's about as straightforward as you can get. The hide is going to be tougher to stretch out and you'll probably have to modify the form to get it to fit, but it's all the same.
