I just wanted to know if anyone has used the new quebec econo fleshing maching? Is it like the dakota 4 model from Van Dykes? Would it be a better to use than the Dakota 5.any info would be great.thanks

It is very similar to the Quebec Lite, but has cheaper gears, motor, etc. But...its a full-sized machine at a great price.
