illegal?

I was just wandering if selling an animal you mounted was illegal. Also do I need to get a licesne to have a business in taxidermy?

I think your best bet would be

to contact the S.C. fish and game folks our their state taxidermy association. I commend you for asking the questions before diving in

As trago says

Check with your local law enforcment. Some animal parts are entirely illegal to posess let alone to sell. Bear parts are a good example of this as well as bird's of Prey Etc.
Let your fingers do the walking before you do something you might regret.More than likely though, you'll be ok.
