First time salting mule deer cape. I've cleaned all meat and fat off, but there's still some thin filmy tissue. Do I have to clean all of it off also? Thank you, Steve

ALL the meat and fat off is probably more than I usually do, so salt that baby up.
Make sure it is turned properly though
but did you turn the ears, split eyelids, nostrils and lips?
